HP has a new website coming very soon called MarketSplash. The thousand dollar question is, will HP market this new publishing powerhouse using an affiliate program?
Hard to say, the page still displays the “coming soon” sign, and there’s no mention of an affiliate program in any of the press releases I could find on MarketSplash. I guess only time will tell.
If they do offer up MarketSplash for affiliates, it’s more likely than not that it will be via Commission Junction, since HP promotes it’s main computer website there as well.
We’ll see, won’t we. I do know one thing, Marketsplash is going to be big. HP is hoping to cash in on some serious printing business online, and they’ve teamed up with Staples to do it. So you know there’s going to be some big cash backing this website and it’s promotion.
What do they offer? From the front page you can see that they plan to offer business printing, business cards, and even website design. I’m not sure how they plan to offer websites yet, but that coupled with corporate printing might make this a super big ticket affiliate program if HP does opt to market it that way.
